📅 First Month Routine
- ✅ Length Check
Measure your curls on Day 1 for your starting length, and repeat on Day 30 to see your amazing growth! - ✂️ Trim Split Ends
Dust off damaged ends at the start for a healthy foundation. - 🧖♀️ Scalp Detox (Optional)
Mix 1 spoon sugar or coffee + 2 spoons oil + 1 spoon Lusty Shampoo or sidr. Massage your scalp in circles and rinse thoroughly. - 🧴 Weekly Wash Day Routine (1x per week)
Apply Boost Oils & Karkar for 1-2 hours as a pre-poo. Cleanse with Lusty Shampoo. Deep condition with Lucious Curls Deep Conditioner (use steam or a heat cap if you can). - 💧 Moisturizing Routine (2-3x per week)
Spray hair lightly with water. Apply Slippery Leave-In Conditioner. Layer Bubbles Hair Cream or Bubbles Whipped Butter. Seal moisture with Boost Oil. - 💆♀️ Weekly Scalp Stimulation (1x per week)
Use Whispers of Nourishment Serum before bed, or apply a stimulating herbs spray, or do the inversion method with gentle scalp massage. - 🔒 Length Retention Tips
Keep protective or low-manipulation styles 3-4 days a week. Avoid heat styling and straightening treatments.
